Pulled Pork Flavor from Mushrooms?

This sounds too good to be true so why not put it to the test. Now I am a meat eater personally but I would try this and even as just a healthy alternative once in a while this might be a great choice. The secret to success with this is the use of great sauce and seasoning.

Take a look at our incredible Dickey’s line of seasonings, sauces, and rubs. They can make your healthier options taste better.

Liquid Culture

Liquid cultures are mycelium grown in a liquid environment as opposed to growing on a solid substrate such as agar. These liquid cultures come in syringes filled with a mix of this growing mycelium and nutritious liquid and can be used to inoculate anything from agar plates, grains, sterilized substrates, or even more liquid culture of your own. 10 cc’s of liquid culture (which in our experience_ is enough to inoculate 5 X 5 pound bags of sterilized grain. Store in the fridge until you’re ready to use it.
