Just Cut an 'X' and spray 2 - 5 times a day

Place out of direct sunlight - They don't want to dry out.

When ready, harvest all the mushrooms at once and keep spraying for a second and third harvest. Kits can produce up to 1 kg total in the right conditions.
Oyster mushrooms have a slightly chewy texture and are soft, with a bittersweet aroma reminiscent of anise. When cooked, they have a mild and nutty, seafood-like flavor.
